Parking at the lot located at 328 W McMillan St, Cincinnati, OH 45219 is subject to the following conditions which, by my online registration and payment, I agree to:

• Parking is permitted 24/7 
• It is your responsibility to notify us of any vehicle change information or change to your contact information (phone/email). Changes may be made by calling the customer service number 833-432-0888 or by emailing hello@parkpoolr.com
• We may need to use your space for other special services/events a few times during the year. We will notify you via text and we expect your cooperation.
• If you have registered multiple vehicles, only one vehicle can be in the lot at any given time.
• Vehicles should be locked for your own protection. The permit parker (you) agrees to hold ParkPoolr and St. Monica St. George Parish harmless for any damage sustained by the car or its contents while parked on this lot.
